1. Basic components of release agent: 5-20 parts of paraffin, 5-8 parts of stearic acid, 5-10 parts of vegetable oil, 5-8 parts of co-emulsifier, the calculated amount of potassium hydroxide, an appropriate amount of other excipients, paraben The amount of ethyl ester, deionized water to 100 parts. Put paraffin, stearic acid, auxiliary emulsifier, auxiliary oily raw materials into a container and heat to 60~80℃ to melt, put water, alkali agent, auxiliary water-based raw materials, etc. in another container, mix and heat to 80~90 ℃.

Keep the temperature of the oil phase and the water phase basically the same, then slowly add the water phase to the oil phase under vigorous stirring, slowly emulsify and invert the phase, the stirring speed gradually slows down as the emulsification temperature decreases, and stir to room temperature. The product is a white oil-in-water emulsion. The results obtained show that the demoulding effect and performance test are very good.

2. Polyurethane water-based release agent Polyurethane water-based release agent:

It is composed of the following components by weight percentage: emulsified wax liquid: 10%-15%; methyl silicone oil emulsion: 15%-20%; modified silicone oil emulsion: 5%-8%; deionized water: 50%-55% ; Emulsifier: 4.5% to 6%; Additive: 0.5% to 1%; Preservative: 0.3% to 0.5%.

This kind of water-based release agent is mainly used in the production process of polyurethane products to release after casting and molding, giving most polyurethane moldings a good release effect. Its characteristic is that the product uses water as the dispersed phase, and the formed water-soluble substance not only has the function of demoulding the polyurethane foam, but also has biodegradability, no harmful substances such as VOC, and strong environmental protection; and water is used as a diluent, no pollution Easy to get, low cost.
