- The water quenching and oil cooling operation method is adopted, that is, put it in the water at high temperature and put it in the oil at low temperature. This is equivalent to using water to adjust the oil cooling slow, but this requires experience and is more suitable for single-piece operation.
- Choose silicone oil with low viscosity and keep it at an appropriate temperature, not too low, as the viscosity is too high, and not too high, as the temperature is high and the cooling is slow.
- By adjusting the concentration, the cooling rate can be adjusted to avoid cracking when the water is cooled too fast, and the silicon oil cooling is too slow but not hard, that is to say, an intermediate value can be taken.
- Pass the compressed air after dewatering into the silicone oil to agitate the oil to speed up the cooling.
