Description
Silway 599 is a vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, which is a good, active intermediate material.
1. Has all the functions of methyl silicone oil.
2. The vinyl groups at both ends have strong reactivity, and can be added to hydrogen-containing silicone oil under the action of a catalyst; it can also participate in other reactions
3. It has better compatibility with organic materials than methyl silicone oil, and is easier to be compatible with other organic materials
4. Because it contains active double bonds, it is easy to react with various organic materials such as polyurethane and acrylic acid.

Typical Applications
1. Used as the basic raw material in the production of high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (HTV) to enhance the strength and hardness of the silicone rubber;
2. It is used to make liquid silicone rubber and is the main material of injection molding silicone rubber;
3. This product reacts with various organic materials such as polyurethane and acrylic acid, and can be made into new materials with better performance (weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, strengthening and toughening, etc.). It is used in the modification of plastics, resins, paints and coatings Has a wide range of uses.
