Silway 900H
Silway 900H is a silicone surfactant which has low VOC and low FOG values, as well as low odor. It is designed for the application in molded HR polyurethane foams, especially in MDI formulation as well as MDI/TDI systems. Silway 900H will give additional foam stabilization while maintaining the desirable open-celled foam. Giving foams with low force-to-crush and minimal shrinkage, Silway 900H will be an excellent surfactant for upholstered furniture and automotive seats applications.

Shelf Life and storage
- Shelf life for Silway 900H is six months after production when it is stored in a dry and cool area under proper ventilation conditions. Drum should be closed tightly to avoid contamination with moisture or other negative influences which may change the product performance. Once drum is open, it is preferable to use dry nitrogen to purge the unused product to maximize the product shelf life. The optimum storage temperature is between 16 to 30 °C and lower or higher storage temperature should be avoided.
