Silway 902H
Silway 902H is a silicone surfactant which has low VOC and low FOG values, as well as low odor. It is designed for application in HR molded PU foam, especially in the TDI based systems and TDI rich T/M systems with foam densities in the range of 28-60 kg/m³. It is also suitable for use in T/M system where it is best used with Silway902H as co-surfactant. Silway902H surfactant can also be used in the formulation of low-density foams with a high amount of polymeric polyols.

Shelf Life and storage
- Shelf life for Silway 902H is 12 months after production when it is stored in a dry and cool area under proper ventilation conditions. Drum should be closed tightly to avoid contamination with moisture or other negative influences which may change the product performance. Once drum is open, it is preferable to use dry nitrogen to purge the unused product to maximize the product shelf life. The optimum storage temperature is between 16 to 30 °C and lower or higher storage temperature should be avoided.
