Silway 7380 is a special polyester silicone emulsion designed for textile waterproofing, suitable for cotton, polyester-cotton, chemical fiber, and other fabrics in waterproof, oil-resistant, and anti-stain finishing. PFAS-free, it is environmentally friendly and meets sustainable development requirements. The product features excellent processing stability, providing fabrics with waterproof, oil-resistant, anti-stain, and alcohol-resistant properties. It is compatible with various fabrics, and using crosslinking agents can further enhance initial protection and wash resistance. Treated fabrics have a soft hand feel, good anti-slip performance, minimal color change, and shallow hand scratches.
For application, a padding process is recommended: 30-80g/L for chemical fiber fabrics and 30-100g/L for cotton fabrics. Curing conditions are 160-180℃ for 0.5-2 minutes for chemical fibers, and 150-160℃ for 2-3 minutes for cotton and blends, with pick-up rates of 30%-90% (chemical fiber) and 50%-70% (cotton and blends). The product appears as a white emulsion, with a solid content of 29.0-31.0%, weak cationic ionicity, and a pH of 3-5. Packaged in 200L drums or IBC tanks, it should be stored in sealed containers in a cool place with a shelf life of 12 months.
