Silway 685 is a Long chain alkyl aryl silicone emulsion that possesses numerous excellent properties when compared to traditional polydimethylsiloxane. When incorporated into the Die casting release agent process as a long chain alkyl aryl polysiloxane emulsion, Silway 685 offers distinct adv antages.
Used as release agent, Silway 685 is suitable for soft metal (aluminum, zinc, magnesium, etc.) on die casting. The surface of the product is bright, and Silway 685 is not carbonated on the mold surface. Silway 685 does not affect the secondary printing and finishing.
