Silway 6125
Silway 6125 PU Composite Release Agent is a highly cross-linked silicone resin dispersion featuring water-based environmental protection, safety and non-toxicity. It forms a smooth film on the mold surface, which can effectively protect the mold and improve production efficiency.

Usage Instructions
Dilute Silway 6125 with water by a factor of approximately 30 to 50. It is recommended to keep the spray nozzle 10-20 cm away from the mold surface and spray in an orderly manner from one side of the mold to the other. Production can start once the coating is dry and non-tacky. The dilution ratio can be adjusted by the customer according to actual conditions.
