Silway 600 is a new kind of Silicone Sealant plasticizer designed for silicone sealant. Compared to traditional Polydimethylsiloxane, Silway 600 offers more outstanding features. It has excellent compatibility with sealant systems, preventing the problem of precipitation. Additionally, Silway 600 is highly compatible with long chain alkyl silicone oil and mineral oil plasticizers. When mixed with mineral oil, it effectively locks the mineral oil, significantly reducing its migration and volatilization.
Moreover, Silway 600 exhibits excellent lubricity and plasticity. When absorbed by nano calcium carbonate in the sealant system, it improves the extrusion properties of the sealant. The cured sealant demonstrates enhanced elasticity and extensibility.
Beyond its use as a Silicone Sealant plasticizer, Silway 600 can also function as a Die Casting Release Agent, providing superior performance in high-temperature die-casting applications.
