Silway 680
 
ALKYL ARALKYL POLYSILOXANE SILWAY680
Silway 680 is a long-chain alkylaralkylpolysiloxane. Compared to the traditional polydimethylsiloxane, Silway 680 has many excellent properties. Used as release agent, Silway 680 is suitable for soft metal (aluminum, zinc, magnesium, etc.) on die casting. The surface of the product is bright, and Silway 680 is not carbonated on the mold surface. Silway 680 does not affect the secondary printing and finishing. 
 
Alkyl aryl polysiloxane rubber tire release agent (CAS No. 68037-76-3) is specifically formulated for efficient release in rubber tire manufacturing.

 Raw material of release agent for die-casting
 
How to Use
Emulsify or dilute Silway 680 to 0.5~5.0% before use. Nonionic surfactants and aliphatic hydrocarbons are available.
